SectorLISP makes an important question in its implementation: how much can strip down Lisp before stops being Lisp. Same is not done for submitted interpreter. So, although SectorLISP goal is to be a Lisp-reduced-to-its-essentials implementation, the Python-1024 goal seems to be imitating Python in most minimal code possible.

Well, I mean, no. It could mean that regular Windows has things that could be distracting for developer workflows but might have other legitimate purposes.

AC and radio don't turn themselves on every time yu start the car. The typically need to be turned on.

Distractions in Windows are turned ON BY DEFAULT, like MS store suggestions or MS edge forcing you through the first run wizard, etc etc

Nvidia is party to a number of circular funding deals that would land them in an exciting situation if the other involved parties, i.e. frontier US labs, were to bite the bullet, for instance if the market in general broadly switched to open weight models as better value for the dollar.
