I think graph being log makes it a little hard to understand that the median birth year was around 2000 years ago. On the graph that is in the flat part but the flat part was a really, really long time.
EVs are already using tires which are optimized for low rolling resistance because when you make the car that much more efficient, smaller losses become more visible.
the energy consumption of EVs is already massively below gas vehicles. also, as others have pointed out, their tires already are within the regulations.
this regulation is about replacement tires, which people buy... EV owners could (before this) also buy tires that no longer comply with this new regulation
It definitely isn't but Claude for some very unique reason enjoys to overthinking and go on side quests in the stupid ways I've not seen Codex, DS, Kimi, Mistral do at equivalent effort and thinking setting.
I think it's pretty obvious that your explanation cannot be complete or accurate. Algorithmic feeds usually have a strong influence of what they want to show you, commonly pushing stuff you aren't interested in, or anything that will keep you on their app/site longer so they have more opportunities to show you ads. There are strong conflicts of interest here.
No one produces a feed that purposefully delivers content or ads that you aren't interested in. Those are bugs. Go look at the published X algorithm. You won't find anything in there that would attempt to show you things that don't match your interests.
